Flammkuchen with salmon and Toma’dor tomatoes

Ingrediënten voor 2 personen (diner) or 4 people (apero)

  • 1 roll of flammkuchen dough
  • 200g smoked salmon
  • 100ml crème fraîche
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 spring onion
  • 175g Toma'dor tomatoes
  • 50g rocket salad
  • Pepper and salt
  • Lemon juice

Preparation

  • Start by heating the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Hold the edges of the dough and flip them over, then spread a thin layer of crème fraîche.
  • Quickly season with salt and pepper and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Identically cut the Toma'dor tomatoes into quarters, the pepper into strips and the spring onion into fine rings.
  • Pull the flammkuchen out the oven and divide the smoked salmon, rocket, Toma'dor tomatoes, pepper and spring onion over the top.
  • Enjoy with some lemon juice and a pinch of pepper.
