Filled Toma’chef tomatoes with shrimp

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 4 chunky Toma'chef tomatoes
  • 100gram grey shrimps
  • 100gram pink shrimps
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaiselemon juice
  • Parsley
  • Pepper and salt
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

Preparation

  • Cut a slice at the bottom of the tomatoes so they stay nice and straight.
  • Cut the crown off the tomatoes and remove the flesh using a knife.
  • Mix the grey shrimps together with half the mayonnaise, dash of lemon juice and season with parsley, pepper and salt.
  • Mix the pink prawns with the sour cream and mayonnaise, season with a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  • Fill the tomatoes alternately with shrimp mixture.
