Ingredients for 4 people

  • 6 chunky Toma'chef tomatoes
  • 2 burrata
  • Olive oil
  • Basil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Pepper and salt

Preparation

  • Wash the Toma'Chef tomatoes and slice.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with fine leaves tear basil.
  • Halve burratas and place them in the middle of the tomatoes.
  • Drizzle some nice olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the tomatoes and burrata.
  • TIP: Delicious with a piece of bread and for a festive meal you can finish this plate with smoked salmon or prawns.
