Tomato burger with Toma'Chef tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 Toma’Chef tomatoes
  • Canned chickpeas (400 g)
  • 25 g of oatmeal
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp sesame paste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Half lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  • Rinse the chickpeas and mix them coarsely in a food processor
  • Chop the onion and chop the garlic
  • Mix the oatmeal, onion, garlic, sesame paste, herbs and lemon juice into the chickpea mixture
  • Make 4 small burgers from the mixture
  • Place the burgers in the refrigerator for fifteen minutes to make them firmer
  • Fry the burgers in a pan for about 10 minutes alternately until golden brown
  • Cut the tomatoes in half and place the burgers on top

Tip: finish with toppings of your choice (arugula, cheese, sauce, …)
