
Tomato burger with Toma'Chef tomatoes

Ingredients
- 4 Toma’Chef tomatoes
- Canned chickpeas (400 g)
- 25 g of oatmeal
- 1 red onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp sesame paste
- 1 tsp paprika
- Half lemon juice
- Salt and pepper

Method
- Rinse the chickpeas and mix them coarsely in a food processor
- Chop the onion and chop the garlic
- Mix the oatmeal, onion, garlic, sesame paste, herbs and lemon juice into the chickpea mixture
- Make 4 small burgers from the mixture
- Place the burgers in the refrigerator for fifteen minutes to make them firmer
- Fry the burgers in a pan for about 10 minutes alternately until golden brown
- Cut the tomatoes in half and place the burgers on top
Tip: finish with toppings of your choice (arugula, cheese, sauce, …)
