Toma’Gusto mozzarella burger
- 2 Toma’Gusto tomatoes
- 4 multi-grain bread rolls
- 2 balls of Belgian mozzarella
- Few rocket leaves
- A few finely chopped basil leaves
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Type of Dish
- Cut Toma’Gusto tomatoes and mozzarella into slices. Place alternating layers on the multi-grain bread rolls and season with salt and pepper and basil.
- Add the rocket and drizzle with olive oil.
- Hold the burger together with a wooden skewer.
