Toma'Gusto filled with tuna salad


  • 8 Toma’Gusto tomatoes
  • 200 grams canned tuna
  • 3 chopped spring onions
  • 100 grams of cream cheese
  • 40 pitted olives

  • Remove the crown from the Toma’Gusto tomato and make a cross at the bottom.
  • Place the Toma’Gusto tomatoes in boiling water for 10 seconds and then immediately in ice-cold water. Peel them.
  • Cut them in 2 lengthwise and remove the seeds with a spoon.
  • Mix the tuna with the cottage cheese, the spring onions and the finely chopped olives. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Fill the tomatoes with the tuna salad and serve.
