Toma'Galette with Toma'Dor tomatoes
- 700 g Toma’Dor
- shortcrust pastry (ready-made)
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- olive oil
- Pepper and salt
- pine nuts
Type of dish
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the tomatoes in half, you can leave the other half whole.
- Place the crumble topping with the baking paper on a baking tray. Cut the mozzarella into pieces and spread over the crumble topping, staying about 4cm from the edge. Arrange the tomatoes on top of the mozzarella. Fold the edges inwards and brush with a beaten egg.
- Finish the pie with some pepper, salt, herbs and pine nuts. Bake the cake 25min in the oven.
