Toast with Toma'Dor tomatoes and feta


  • 1 baguette
  • 40 grams of feta cheese
  • 4 Toma’Dor tomatoes
  • Sprouts of fresh fennel

Type of dish



  • Brush the baguette slices on both sides with a thin layer of oil.
  • Place the baguette slices on a baking tray.
  • Sprinkle a little salt over the bread and bake for 10 minutes until crisp and golden brown.
  • Spread buns with feta cheese.
  • Finely chop Toma’Dor tomatoes and place on feta cheese.
  • Finish with fennel leaves.
