Toast with Toma'Dor tomatoes and feta
- 1 baguette
- 40 grams of feta cheese
- 4 Toma’Dor tomatoes
- Sprouts of fresh fennel
Type of dish
- Brush the baguette slices on both sides with a thin layer of oil.
- Place the baguette slices on a baking tray.
- Sprinkle a little salt over the bread and bake for 10 minutes until crisp and golden brown.
- Spread buns with feta cheese.
- Finely chop Toma’Dor tomatoes and place on feta cheese.
- Finish with fennel leaves.
