
Tartare with Toma'Chef tomatoes

Ingredients
- 5 cucumber, peeled and diced
- 2 Stoffels Toma’Chef beef tomatoes, diced
- 200 g artichokes in oil, cubed
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1 stalk flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 1 lime, the juice

Salad
Method
- Place the cucumber cubes, tomato cubes, artichoke cubes and capers in a large bowl. Season to taste with a few spoonfuls of oil from the artichokes, chopped flat-leaf parsley, spring onions, lime juice, olive oil, pepper and salt. Mix well.
- Combine with a nice fried piece of fish of your choice!
