Tartare with Toma'Chef tomatoes


  • 5 cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 2 Stoffels Toma’Chef beef tomatoes, diced
  • 200 g artichokes in oil, cubed
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1 stalk flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 lime, the juice

Type of dish



  • Place the cucumber cubes, tomato cubes, artichoke cubes and capers in a large bowl. Season to taste with a few spoonfuls of oil from the artichokes, chopped flat-leaf parsley, spring onions, lime juice, olive oil, pepper and salt. Mix well.
  • Combine with a nice fried piece of fish of your choice!
