Tartar of Toma'Gusto with crayfish


  • 2 Toma’Gusto Tomatoes
  • 100 grams of crayfish
  • handful of arugula
  • a few sprigs of chives
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • pepper and salt

Type of dish



  • Cut the Toma’Gusto tomatoes into fine cubes and mix in some olive oil, pepper and salt. Finely chop the chives and mix half of it with the chopped tomatoes.
  • Arrange some arugula on the plates. Dress the tomato tartare using a dressing ring. Arrange the crayfish on top and finish with some extra finely chopped chives.
