
Tartar of Toma'Gusto with crayfish

Ingredients
- 2 Toma’Gusto Tomatoes
- 100 grams of crayfish
- handful of arugula
- a few sprigs of chives
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- pepper and salt

Salad
Method
- Cut the Toma’Gusto tomatoes into fine cubes and mix in some olive oil, pepper and salt. Finely chop the chives and mix half of it with the chopped tomatoes.
- Arrange some arugula on the plates. Dress the tomato tartare using a dressing ring. Arrange the crayfish on top and finish with some extra finely chopped chives.
