Stuffed Toma'Muse with crab salad


  • 8 Toma’Muse tomatoes
  • 1/2 can of crab
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • pinch of cayenne pepper

Type of dish



  • Cut a slice at the bottom of the tomatoes to keep them straight.
  • Cut the tops off the tomatoes and remove the flesh with a knife.
  • Mix the crab meat with the sour cream and the mayonnaise, season with the cayenne pepper.
  • Spoon the crab lettuce into the tomatoes and put the crowns back on
