Stuffed Toma'Muse with crab salad
- 8 Toma’Muse tomatoes
- 1/2 can of crab
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- pinch of cayenne pepper
Type of dish
- Cut a slice at the bottom of the tomatoes to keep them straight.
- Cut the tops off the tomatoes and remove the flesh with a knife.
- Mix the crab meat with the sour cream and the mayonnaise, season with the cayenne pepper.
- Spoon the crab lettuce into the tomatoes and put the crowns back on
