Shell pasta with Toma’Box tomatoes and crayfish


  • 400 g pasta shells (large)
  • 200 g crayfish
  • Toma’Box (200g cherry tomatoes)
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • fresh dill
  • 150 g mascarpone
  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • pink peppercorns
  • olive oil
  • Pepper and salt

  • Cook the pasta shells al dente in salted water. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Sauté in some olive oil.
  • Drain the pasta. Stir the mascarpone and Greek yogurt, season with salt and pepper and season with the garlic, onion and lemon juice. Mix the sauce with the pasta.
  • Chop the dill finely. Keep a few sprigs aside for the finishing touch. Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Mix the dill and the tomatoes with the pasta.
  • Spoon the pasta into bowls and add the crayfish, the remaining sprigs of dill and the crumbled pink pepper balls.
