Savoury summer Toma'Muse cake with goat cheese


  • 1 box of Toma’Muse with marinade
  • 1 ready made crumble
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 g soft goat cheese
  • black pepper

Type of dish



  • Bake the dough for 15 minutes at 180 °C.
  • Cut the tomatoes in half and top the bottom with the tomatoes.
  • Then make a mixture of the milk – goat cheese and black pepper. Try to mix the goat cheese with the milk as well as possible. Pour this over the tomatoes until they are just covered.
  • Finish with the marinade and a little extra black pepper. Place in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 °C and enjoy this blissful summer cake.

TIP: Serve with a spicy salad with apple – nuts and a good olive oil.
