Salsa fresca from Toma'Muse Color tomatoes
- 200 g Toma’Muse Colour cut into Brunoise (without skin and seeds)
- 100 g cucumber cut into brunoise (without skin and seeds)
- 50 g sweet onion, cut into brunoise
- 10 g coriander, finely chopped
- 1 lime for juice and zest
- 1 chilli (without seeds), finely chopped
- Pepper and salt
Type of dish
- Mix all the ingredients together to make a fresh salsa.
- Super simple recipe, but incredibly delicious! For example, as a side dish for a barbecue! Or even with some nachos on the sofa.
