Salsa fresca from Toma'Muse Color tomatoes


  • 200 g Toma’Muse Colour cut into Brunoise (without skin and seeds)
  • 100 g cucumber cut into brunoise (without skin and seeds)
  • 50 g sweet onion, cut into brunoise
  • 10 g coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 lime for juice and zest
  • 1 chilli (without seeds), finely chopped
  • Pepper and salt

Type of dish



  • Mix all the ingredients together to make a fresh salsa.
  • Super simple recipe, but incredibly delicious! For example, as a side dish for a barbecue! Or even with some nachos on the sofa.
