Salad of corn, avocado and Toma'Dor tomatoes


  • 2 cups fresh corn (cook 3-4 min and grill briefly)
  • 1 or 2 avocados, cut into 2cm cubes
  • 400gr Toma’Dor tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil*
  • 1/2 teaspoon zest of lime*
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice*
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander*
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt*
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper*

Type of dish



  • Combine the corn, avocado, Toma’Dor tomatoes and red onion in a large bowl.
  • Mix the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl, stir well and pour the dressing over the bowl with the salad.
  • Place the bowl in the frig for an hour or 2 so the flavors are released properly.
