Roasted Toma'Gusto with Parmezan


  • 6 Toma’Gusto tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Type of dish



  • Cut the Toma’Gusto into 2 equal parts
  • Drizzle the tomato with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
  • Place the tomatoes on a baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
  • Place the dish in the oven (200°C) and leave for about 15 minutes.
