
Roasted Toma'Gusto with Parmezan

Ingredients
- 6 Toma’Gusto tomatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- A pinch of salt
- Ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method
- Cut the Toma’Gusto into 2 equal parts
- Drizzle the tomato with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
- Place the tomatoes on a baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
- Place the dish in the oven (200°C) and leave for about 15 minutes.
