Pita with chicken, yoghurt and Toma'Gusto


  • 2 Toma’Gusto tomatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 red chillies without seeds
  • A few sprigs of coriander
  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 200 gr white cabbage
  • 2 stalks spring onion
  • 8 pita buns
  • Pinch of cumin
  • Pinch of curry
  • Butter
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • For the yoghurt dressing
  • 200 gr Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic, pressed

  • Cut the flesh of the tomatoes into cubes. Chop the onion, the red peppers and the coriander. Mix everything together. Cut the white cabbage into thin strips.
  • For the yoghurt sauce, mix the Greek yoghurt with the spices and the garlic. Chop the spring onion finely.
  • Cut the chicken into cubes and fry them in a knob of butter until golden brown. Season with salt, pepper, a pinch of curry and a pinch of cumin. Warm the pita buns. Cut the rolls open and fill them with the white cabbage, the tomato salsa, the chicken cubes and the yoghurt dressing. Finish with the finely chopped spring onion.
