Pasta alla Puttanesca with Toma’Dor tomatoes


  • 400 g linguine
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 red peppers
  • 200 g Toma’Dor tomatoes
  • 120 g black olives
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 tsp capers
  • 800 g big tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Spices: parsley and basil

  • Prepare pasta according to package instructions.
  • Peel the garlic, pit the chili and chop coarsely. Cut the Toma’Dor tomatoes in half and slice the olives.
  • Heat the olive oil in a pan, lightly roast the garlic and chili. Add olives, Toma’Dor tomatoes and capers and swirl.
  • Deglaze with big tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and simmer over low heat for about 10-15 minutes. Mix it with the pasta and serve with chopped herbs.
