
Pasta alla Puttanesca with Toma’Dor tomatoes

Ingredients
- 400 g linguine
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 red peppers
- 200 g Toma’Dor tomatoes
- 120 g black olives
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 tsp capers
- 800 g big tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
- Spices: parsley and basil

Method
- Prepare pasta according to package instructions.
- Peel the garlic, pit the chili and chop coarsely. Cut the Toma’Dor tomatoes in half and slice the olives.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan, lightly roast the garlic and chili. Add olives, Toma’Dor tomatoes and capers and swirl.
- Deglaze with big tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and simmer over low heat for about 10-15 minutes. Mix it with the pasta and serve with chopped herbs.
