Nachos with Toma'Tasty tomato salsa


  • 500 grams Toma’Tasty tomatoes
  • Handful of parsley
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 lime
  • 1 bag of nachos
  • 125 ml sour cream

Type of dish




  • Cut the Toma’Tasty tomatoes into the smallest possible cubes.
  • Chop the onion and crush the garlic. Heat this together with the Toma’Tasty tomatoes until smooth.
  • Squeeze the lime and add to taste along with parsley, pepper and salt. Set aside a few diced tomatoes for the nachos.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
  • Spread the chips in a greased low oven dish together with some diced tomatoes and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
  • Place the nachos in the oven for 5-10 mins until the cheese has melted.
  • Finish with tomato salsa, sour cream and toppings of your choice.
