
Nachos with Toma'Tasty tomato salsa

Ingredients
- 500 grams Toma’Tasty tomatoes
- Handful of parsley
- 1 red onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 lime
- 1 bag of nachos
- 125 ml sour cream

Method
- Cut the Toma’Tasty tomatoes into the smallest possible cubes.
- Chop the onion and crush the garlic. Heat this together with the Toma’Tasty tomatoes until smooth.
- Squeeze the lime and add to taste along with parsley, pepper and salt. Set aside a few diced tomatoes for the nachos.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
- Spread the chips in a greased low oven dish together with some diced tomatoes and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
- Place the nachos in the oven for 5-10 mins until the cheese has melted.
- Finish with tomato salsa, sour cream and toppings of your choice.
