Lasagna with Toma'Muse tomatoes


  • 3 trays Toma’Muse with marinade
  • 1 onion
  • 500g passata
  • 350g beef mince
  • 12 lasagne sheets
  • 500 g ricotta
  • 100gr gr grated cheese
  • 1 ball of buffalo mozzarella
  • dried oregano
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt & pepper

Type of dish



  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion and garlic. Add the minced meat and fry for 5 minutes. Add the passata, bring to the boil. Let it simmer gently with the lid halfway on the pan. Season with dried oregano, pepper & salt.
  • Cut the tomatoes in half and coat them with the marinade.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Make layers in the baking dish of tomato sauce, lasagna leaves, Toma’Muse tomatoes, sauce and ricotta.
  • Repeat until all ingredients are used up and finish with a layer of ground cheese, buffalo mozzarella and some Toma’Muse tomatoes.
  • Bake the lasagne for 30 minutes in an oven at 180°.
