Fish dish with Stoffels Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 300g Toma’Gusto
- 300g Toma’Dor / Toma’Rito
- 4 fish fillets of your choice
- 4 cloves of garlic
- a few sprigs of thyme
- pepper and salt
- olive oil

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Drizzle olive oil on your baking tray and place the fish fillets on it
- Fill the baking tray with the Toma’Gusto, Toma’Dor and Toma’Rito tomatoes and the garlic
- You can season with thyme, pepper and salt
- Add a little more olive oil and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes
