
Filled Toma’Chef tomatoes with shrimps

Ingredients
- 4 Toma’Chef tomatoes
- 100g gray shrimps
- 100g pink shrimps
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- Lemon juice
- Parsley
- Salt and pepper
- Pinch of cinnamon powder

Salad
Method
- Cut a slice at the bottom of the tomatoes so that they remain upright
- Cut the crown from the tomatoes and remove the flesh with a knife.
- Mix the gray shrimps with half of the mayonnaise, a dash of lemon juice and season with parsley, pepper and salt
- Mix the pink shrimps with the sour cream and mayonnaise, season with the cayenne pepper
- Fill the tomatoes in turn with a different mixture of shrimps
