Filled Toma’Chef tomatoes with shrimps


  • 4 Toma’Chef tomatoes
  • 100g gray shrimps
  • 100g pink shrimps
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Lemon juice
  • Parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • Pinch of cinnamon powder

Type of dish



  • Cut a slice at the bottom of the tomatoes so that they remain upright
  • Cut the crown from the tomatoes and remove the flesh with a knife.
  • Mix the gray shrimps with half of the mayonnaise, a dash of lemon juice and season with parsley, pepper and salt
  • Mix the pink shrimps with the sour cream and mayonnaise, season with the cayenne pepper
  • Fill the tomatoes in turn with a different mixture of shrimps
