
Egg with Toma'Chef tomatoes

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 kl vegetable stock
- Fresh herbs (chives, parsley,…)
- Pepper

Aperitif
Method
- Take the cap off the egg.
- Stir the whole egg in a small bowl.
- Wash the eggs with water and let them dry upside down on a piece of kitchen paper.
- Cut the tomatoes into small pieces as well as the fresh herbs.
- Make a stirred omelet and finish off with a spoonful of vegetable stock, the tomatoes, fresh herbs and pepper.
- Carefully spoon back into the egg and serve immediately.
