Egg with Toma'Chef tomatoes


  • 4 eggs
  • 2 kl vegetable stock
  • Fresh herbs (chives, parsley,…)
  • Pepper

Type of dish



  • Take the cap off the egg.
  • Stir the whole egg in a small bowl.
  • Wash the eggs with water and let them dry upside down on a piece of kitchen paper.
  • Cut the tomatoes into small pieces as well as the fresh herbs.
  • Make a stirred omelet and finish off with a spoonful of vegetable stock, the tomatoes, fresh herbs and pepper.
  • Carefully spoon back into the egg and serve immediately.
