Ciabatta with salmon mousse & Toma'Muse mix


  • 250 g Toma’Muse mix
  • 6 slices smoked salmon
  • 2 tbsp mascarpone
  • 6 tbsp cream
  • Handful of fresh dill
  • ciabatta baguette
  • Pepper

Type of dish



  • Mix the slices of smoked salmon with the mascarpone and the cream.
  • Cut the tomatoes into thin slices
  • Top the sliced ciabatta rolls with the salmon mousse.
  • Finish with the coloured tomatoes, a sprig of dill and a twist of pepper.

TIP: Make the buns crispy by baking them in the oven first.
