Chickpea salad with Toma'Dor tomatoes and feta


Serves 2

  • 1 glass jar of chickpeas
  • 1 tray of Toma’Dor tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 bunch of leaf parsley
  • 100 g feta
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. white wine vinegar
  • Pepper and salt to taste


Type of dish



  1. Put the chickpeas in a sieve and rinse them thoroughly. Allow the chickpeas to drain.
  2. Halve the Toma’Dor tomatoes.
  3. Peel the red onion and cut it into thin slices.
  4. Rinse and chop the parsley.
  5. Take a serving bowl and mix the chickpeas with the halved Toma’Dor tomatoes, the red onion slices and the chopped parsley.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix the olive oil and the white wine vinegar and pour it over the chickpeas. Mix the salad.
  7. Sprinkle feta crumbs on to the chickpeas.
