Chicken skewers with Toma'Dor dipping sauce


  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 50 gr puffed rice (rice crispies)
  • 50 ml vinegar
  • 1 large tbsp sugar
  • 100 grams of Toma’Dor Tomatoes
  • 1 pinch of curry powder
  • 1 pinch of paprika

Type of dish



  • Cut the chicken fillets into long strips and stick them on a wooden stick. Season with paprika, curry powder and cayenne pepper
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Warm the vinegar and the sugar in a pan on the fire. Add the tomatoes and let them stew gently to a compote for about 5 minutes. Add a pinch of curry powder and a pinch of paprika powder for extra flavour.
  • Mix the puffed rice into crumbs. Grill the chicken skewers in the pan until golden brown. Mix the tomato compote into a smooth dipping sauce.
  • Arrange the skewers on a plate. Dip them first in the tomato sauce and then in the crumble of puffed rice

TIP: Serve with a salad, bread, potatoes or pasta.
