
Casserole with Toma’Color tomatoes

Ingredients
- 100 g string pasta
- Toma’Color (20 tomatoes)
- 1/2 jar ricotta
- Basil
- tomato concentrate with vegetables
- 1 zucchini,
- 150 g string beans
- 150 g bacon bits, pepe

Method
- Cook the pasta.
- Clean and cut up the vegetables.
- Stew the vegetables in a little fat and then fry the bacon in the pan. Season with tomato concentrate and vegetables.
- Stir in half of a jar of ricotta and let it simmer for a while.
- Add some finely chopped basil leaves and half of the Toma’color tomatoes
- Season with pepper.
- Drain the pasta and mix it part by part with the bacon and vegetables.
- Finish with basil.
