Casserole with Toma’Color tomatoes


  • 100 g string pasta
  • Toma’Color (20 tomatoes)
  • 1/2 jar ricotta
  • Basil
  • tomato concentrate with vegetables
  • 1 zucchini,
  • 150 g string beans
  • 150 g bacon bits, pepe

  • Cook the pasta.
  • Clean and cut up the vegetables.
  • Stew the vegetables in a little fat and then fry the bacon in the pan. Season with tomato concentrate and vegetables.
  • Stir in half of a jar of ricotta and let it simmer for a while.
  • Add some finely chopped basil leaves and half of the Toma’color tomatoes
  • Season with pepper.
  • Drain the pasta and mix it part by part with the bacon and vegetables.
  • Finish with basil.
