Carpaccio with Toma’Chef and burrata


  • 500 g Toma’Chef tomatoes (different colours)
  • 2 burratas
  • Olive oil
  • Basil leaves
  • Some drops of balsamic
  • Salt and pepper

Type of dish



  • Wash and slice the Toma’Chef tomatoes
  • Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with fine leaves of shredded basil
  • Cut the burratas in half and place them in the middle of the tomatoes
  • Drizzle some tasty olive oil and balsamic on the tomatoes and burratas

Tip: Delicious with a piece of bread and for a real festive meal you can finish this plate with smoked salmon or shrimp.
