Burrata with Toma'Viola tomatoes and balsamic pearls


  • 250 g Toma’Viola
  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Balsamic pearls
  • Basil
  • 2 Burrata’s

Type of dish



  • Wash the Toma’Viola tomatoes and cut into slices.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle with fine leaves of torn basil.
  • Halve burratas and place in the middle of the tomatoes.
  • Drizzle some nice olive oil over the Toma’Viola tomatoes and finish with the balsamic pearls.
