
Burrata with Toma'Viola tomatoes and balsamic pearls

Ingredients
- 250 g Toma’Viola
- Olive oil
- Black pepper
- Balsamic pearls
- Basil
- 2 Burrata’s
Type of dish

Salad
Method
- Wash the Toma’Viola tomatoes and cut into slices.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with fine leaves of torn basil.
- Halve burratas and place in the middle of the tomatoes.
- Drizzle some nice olive oil over the Toma’Viola tomatoes and finish with the balsamic pearls.
