Bruschetta Classica with Toma’Gusto
- 3 Toma’gustoTomatoes
- 4 sprigs of basil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 250 g mozzarella
- 4 slices of brown bread
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Black pepper
- Coarsely ground sea salt
Type of dish
- Toast the bread or bake it for 8 mins in a preheated oven at 180 °C. Cut each slice into two.
- Remove the seeds from the Toma’Gusto tomatoes and cut into small cubes.
- Tear the mozzarella and basil leaves into small pieces.
- Rub one side of the bread slices with the garlic that you have cut into two. Divide the cubes of Toma’Gusto over the toasted bread and smash lightly with a fork. Divide the mozzarella and basil on top and season with black pepper and coarsely ground sea salt. Drizzle with olive oil.
