Bruschetta Classica with Toma’Gusto


  • Toma’gustoTomatoes
  • 4 sprigs of basil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 250 g mozzarella
  • 4 slices of brown bread
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Coarsely ground sea salt


Type of dish



  1. Toast the bread or bake it for 8 mins in a preheated oven at 180 °C. Cut each slice into two.
  2. Remove the seeds from the Toma’Gusto tomatoes and cut into small cubes.
  3. Tear the mozzarella and basil leaves into small pieces.
  4. Rub one side of the bread slices with the garlic that you have cut into two. Divide the cubes of Toma’Gusto over the toasted bread and smash lightly with a fork. Divide the mozzarella and basil on top and season with black pepper and coarsely ground sea salt. Drizzle with olive oil.
