Bouquet of tomato tulips with Toma'Rito

  • 250 g Toma’Rito tomatoes
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1 tbsp parsley shredded
  • 6 slices of dried ham
  • 20 stalks of chives
  • Pepper and salt

Type of dish

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C
  • Place the ham slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes until crispy. Leave to cool down.
  • Put the cooled ham in the blender and grind to a fine consistency.
  • Using a spoon, beat the cream cheese a little and add the finely ground dry ham, parsley and chives. Season to taste with coarse pepper and salt.
  • Make a cross-shaped incision at the top of each Toma’Rito tomato so that it is slightly open.
  • Put the cream cheese mixture in a piping bag and carefully pipe the filling into the open tomatoes, until you get the effect of a tulip.
  • Arrange the tomato tulips nicely on a plate.
  • Add a stem of chive to each tulip until you have a nice bouquet.
