Abloom Toma'Chef tomato shrimp
- 350 g Toma’Chef
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 150 g grey shrimps
- 10 stems of chives
Type of dish
- Cut the Toma’Chef tomatoes into thin slices and arrange them on a large plate in flower form by colour. Make sure the heart of the flower is a different colour each time.
- Put the mayonnaise in a small piping bag and pipe small tufts onto the tomato slices.
- Place two shrimps on each dollop of mayonnaise around the flower heart.
- Arrange the chives as stalks between the flowers.
