Abloom Toma'Chef tomato shrimp


  • 350 g Toma’Chef
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 150 g grey shrimps
  • 10 stems of chives

Type of dish



  • Cut the Toma’Chef tomatoes into thin slices and arrange them on a large plate in flower form by colour. Make sure the heart of the flower is a different colour each time.
  • Put the mayonnaise in a small piping bag and pipe small tufts onto the tomato slices.
  • Place two shrimps on each dollop of mayonnaise around the flower heart.
  • Arrange the chives as stalks between the flowers.
